Yeah, so I made another anime file. You wanna make something of it? :P

This is the opening theme to the currently airing Galaxy Angel 2 (a.k.a. Galaxy Angel Rune), the all-new sequel to Galaxy Angel set in the future with new characters etc. Unfortunately only the first episode has been subbed so far ;_; I'm still awaiting more.

As with Hare Hare Yukai (my other anime file), I took Nipponsei's release of the single and edited it down to TV size, rather than just ripping the audio out of the fansub. Unfortunately I didn't have a raw handy this time, so you'll just have to deal with the fansub opening as the video. Too bad. :P

If you downloaded this from Bemanistyle or FFR you will get a fairly low quality video due to the 10MB size limit. If you want to upgrade it to a higher quality video, you can get one here:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=9VXH2KKW

Just replace the one you have with that. At least, while that link still works.

Anyway, as for the steps... beginner is beginner. It doesn't go to the music that closely, but what do you expect? Light has offbeats. I know, I'm a terrible person for inflicting blue arrows on the poor Light players, but I was determined not to make Light suck in this file like it did in Hare Hare Yukai (especially upon noticing at FFR that people actually play Light). Half the stand-out notes in this song are on offbeats, so that's how Light had to go to be any good at all. If you notice this and don't like it, you're probably too good to be playing Light anyway. :P

Standard and heavy are basically just varying difficulties of the same idea (well, light kind of falls into that too >_>) Heavy basically has longer streams and trickier technical stuff. I really like how they both turned out this time.

Challenge just isn't as good as heavy. It's really unnecessary and I only put it in because I know there will be people who are bored by heavy and only interested in playing songs with lots of 16ths everywhere that either don't or barely go to anything. So, if you're one of those people, this is for you. Everyone else, just play heavy please. :)

I did the graphics in Photoshop CS2. The background is designed to transition into the video, and I wrote the song title in the same style the OP single cover art uses (I didn't actually end up using that scan for anything). You also get a swank video banner of the Rune Angel-tai 'dancing'. This was made through an entirely too painful process involving Photoshop, Animation Shop, ImageReady and VirtualDub. Don't ask.

If the banner does not animate, then either you are using an incompatible version of SM, or DWI (in either case it *should* fall back to the still banner), or you downloaded this from FFR. In the latter case, just open the .sm file, find the #BANNER line and change the .png extension at the end to .avi. I had to do this so that the banner would appear properly in FFR's system.

I didn't put in a lyrics file this time since they're in the video already and it'd look weird.

That's pretty much it. Shoutout to whatever name Mint is using at the moment :)
